Magnificent View of the Gulf from Rooftop Deck

The condo is updated with new appliances and a fun beach decor. We enjoyed the rooftop balcony when there was a breeze, which was most mornings. Kristen provided a nicely stocked kitchen that met all our needs. She was very responsive when we encountered a small problem. The only downside to me was the three flights of stairs to get to the condo. My daughter and granddaughter made five trips to get groceries and suitcases upstairs. At 73, my help was limited :). Overall, we had a wonderful beach getaway and appreciated Kristen’s thoughtfulness when she paid attention to things that made our stay so pleasant, such as hooks placed in every room. Thank you, Kristen.

The property was as advertised and well maintained. Condo had everything we needed and is in a great location.

Our family of four (myself, my wife and two teenage sons 12 and 15) stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to stay for our St. Pete Beach trip. The location is great, within walking distance to plenty of stores and restaurants and not a bad drive to other areas of interest (Clearwater, Tampa, Fort De Soto park). The beach is basically in the backyard. The heated pool was also nice. The condo itself was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Kristin is a great host and very responsive.
