Right on the beach! This one bedroom condo is located less than a block from the beach. It comes with a parking permit (necessary on busy days). It was clean. There are beach towels, chairs, and a wonderful beach umbrella. On the first floor, there is a patio with chairs outside. Comfy bed and a quiet location. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location was excellent, one block from Upham Beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Overall a good experience. Booked this rental last minute when my travel plans changed. Communication with host was prompt. Bathroom could have been updated/ cleaner but unit was comfortable and well appointed with needed items.
