Beautiful apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Easy check in. Perfect location. Host very accommodating.

The trip was great! The only downside was that the AC wasn’t cooling the unit properly so our last nights were pretty humid making it difficult to sleep. We resorted to just turning the fans on so maybe they’ll have it working great for the next guest. Other than that, 10 out 10!

Great location, very clean. The first day was fantastic, but on the evening of the second day I received several voice mails regarding my dog barking. He is an 11 year old, 11 pound Morkie. The text messages and voice mail stated that five guest complained and one was leaving early. It also stated that one guest threatened to call the police to retrieve my dog. When I returned Stefanie, Kristen's assistant, she was very rude and condescending and said I never returned her calls. I explained I was at dinner and on the beach and did not have my phone. Her tone was inappropriate and I returned the favor. The next morning, when I stated I was leaving early and asked for a refund for one night, I received an email from Kristen, stating that would not be allowed and instead of apologizing, she made excuses and and was unapologetic A reference to calling the police made me feel unsafe. I was unable to sleep for most of the night and could not wait to leave. Luckily, the VRBO representative was helpful and said I could receive a refund for the two nights. I checked out and went to a pet-friendly resort. I have asked that no one from the property call me ever again. I did not make a "threat" as Kristen stated regarding the property's rating, I believe it is my right as the client to express my opinion. The cleaning staff was wonderful .

Very close to the beach, several diners, safe and beautiful area. Highly recommend if you have a small group on your getaway, doesn’t get much better

We had a wonderful stay at this little beach cottage. It’s in a fantastic location, just a block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable.
